• Heritage-First Technical Planning — Detailed technical layouts and courtyard-by-courtyard planning ensured every installation, tent structure and signage element was reversible, ASI-compliant and precisely positioned — visible in the free-standing entrance gantry and pavilion façades delivered without any permanent alteration to the monument.
• Dual-Track Operations Command — A dedicated protocol and logistics team managed the Prime Ministerial inauguration stage, VVIP movement corridors and audience seating for the ceremony, running in parallel with standard visitor operations.
• Unified Wayfinding System — A consistent wayfinding language — directional totems, QR-enabled maps, colour-coded theme markers and clear zone signage (Sampravah, Sthapatya and others) — was deployed across the entire campus, letting visitors navigate confidently between courtyards and galleries.
• Visitor Experience Infrastructure — Help desks, cloakrooms, first-aid points and volunteer marshals were positioned at key transit nodes to keep visitor flow smooth across all 7 themes throughout the 8-day run.
• Round-the-Clock On-Site Management — A rotating on-ground crew maintained cloakrooms, security checkpoints, tent structures and signage integrity from opening to closing each day, with nightly resets ahead of the next day’s public access.
